How to Install SmoothROM v2.2 on Nexus 7
1. Download the ROM and put it in the internal memory of your Nexus 7.
2. To flash ROMS you need Clockworkmod Recovery or CWM on your Nexus 7. Please google it, we dont have the guide now!

3. Go to CWM recovery by pressing Vol Up+ Home+ Power button.
4. Use vol buttons to navigate and power button/Home to select.

5. Select Wipe data/factory reset.
6. Go back and select "install zip from sd card" and choose the ROM file you just downloaded.
7. Reboot from the recovery, wait for nexus 7 to start up, reboot again.
