How to Root Galaxy Ace Plus GT-S7500 and Install CWM

Samsung released Root Galaxy Ace Plus as a successor to the highly popular mainstream Android phone, the Samsung Galaxy Ace. Galaxy Ace Plus has a 3.65 inches screen with the same old disappointing resolution of its predecessor. It comes with 3GB of internal memory which gives you ample space to store all your Apps and a 512 MB of RAM compared to the 256 on Galaxy Ace. 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 powers this phone and comes with Gingerbread out of the box.  Every android phone requires root access before you can install a Custom ROM or firmware. It also required CWM or ClockworkMod Recovery which lets you install Custom ROMs easily and manage them. It also lets you back up the current firmware in case something goes wrong.

    1. No, in this tutorial you will have to flash the rooting file from CWM. Why would you not want to install CWM? It is required to flash custom ROMs on your phone.

    1. The above is not an ICS ROM. Sorry if you misunderstood. That one is Gingerbread 2.3.6. It's one of the problems of buying a later edition of a phone. I have the same problem finding ROMs on SL I9003 even though SI900 gets lots of ROMs.
